1. Price in KZT
After discounts and promo codes the guest pays the host the full total. Roomy360's 20% commission is the host's debt to the operator and is not added to the guest price. Two nights at KZT 17,000: the guest pays the host KZT 34,000; the host's commission is KZT 6,800 when the stay was attracted through the site.
2. Individual bookings
Send a request. After availability is confirmed, a manager will arrange payment. Online payment is not available yet; sending a request does not charge your card.
The guest pays the host the full stay price. Roomy360 does not take that payment. The method and timing are agreed before confirmation.
3. Company bookings
Company bookings: after availability is confirmed, pay 100% to our company by invoice.
Documents from TOO 360Solutions for the full stay are issued when the company pays TOO. Otherwise the host prepares the closing documents.
