Host terms and conditions
This document describes host obligations on Roomy360: accurate listings, guest communication, legal compliance, and application moderation.

1. Who can become a host
Any registered user with a verified email may submit an application.
After approval you receive the host role and a draft listing to complete.
2. Accurate information
You must provide a correct address, map location, description, photos, prices, and house rules.
3. Legal compliance
You are responsible for housing and tourism regulations, guest registration where required, taxes, and building rules.
4. Guest relations
Respond promptly, honour check-in times, and follow published property rules.
The remaining 80% of the stay is paid by the guest directly to you at check-in unless stated otherwise.
5. Moderation
Roomy360 may decline an application or suspend a listing for policy violations or fraud concerns.
6. Platform role
Roomy360 provides the marketplace. The accommodation contract is between guest and host.
A 20% service fee at booking is charged by the platform as described in the refund policy and terms of service.
